I am John C. Kirchner, founder and owner of A+ Home-Aid. On February 20, 1988 I was involved in a car accident that left me paralyzed from the neck down.

Since the age of 17 I have needed round the clock care and have been responsible for orchestrating a team of nurses, companions, respite workers and personal assistants. I have a personal understanding of what it is like to need a caregiver. Knowing how essential this is inspired me to create A+ Home-Aid in 2002. All of our office staff have been carefully selected for their expertise and compassion for making a difference in people's lives.
